Well, there is one SPOOKYš» surprise… it may look like just vanilla ice cream, but Judeeās Gluten-Free Mango Powder adds a subtle & refreshing fruity flavor, in addition to an extra creamy texture, thanks to Judeeās Whole Milk Powder! No need for all the typical sugar, thanks to the mango! So skip the candy this Halloweenš and go straight for this mango ice cream!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups whole milk (feel free to substitute any dairy-free alertantive, I would suggest coconut milk!)
- 1 cup Judeeās Whole Milk Powder (nonfat milk powder would work as well)
- 5 tablespoons Judeeās Mango Powder
- ½ cup Fresh Cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk all ingredients together until completely combined.
- Using an Ice Cream Maker: Pour mixture into frozen mixer bowl and run for 30 minutes. Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze for at least one hour.
- Without an Ice Cream Maker: Pour mixture into an air-tight, shallow container and cover. Freeze for 6 hours, or until semi-set. Pour the frozen mixture into a stand-mixer or use a hand mixer to blend until smooth. Return the mixture to your container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Scoop, serve, and top as desired!
