
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Judee’s Brazilian Cheese Bread Mix
2/3 cup boiling water
2 TBSP oil
Burgers and toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the mix to the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the boiling water and oil. Using a paddle attachment, mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Dip a size 24 scoop in water, and scoop dough onto the baking sheet. Dough will be thick and sticky.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before slicing.
- Add your burgers, toppings, and serve.

*Makes 5-6 slider buns
