Because of my current medical condition, I haven’t been able to eat much orally. The primary think I have been consuming lately has been lots and lots of oat and soy milks and coffee, of course! So when I came across Chike in an online search and saw multiple varieties of yummy flavors, NO ADDED SUGAR (!), and wait… 20g of protein all from a powder containing real espresso… I was shocked. Forget the price tag, I had to try it. And I regret that decision, because now I am ADDICTED and my budget hates me for it! So far I have tried the Vanilla and Pumpkin Spice options, with the Original on the way in the mail as I type. I just blend with oat/soy milk and a few cubes of ice and instant happiness. Seriously. If you ask anyone I have encountered lately, I am quite a huge fan!
